1. Correctional action must be discussed by the staff, behind closed doors. With both the target of the action, as well as possible affected parties, may be communicated. 2. The result of the discussion consists of an argumentation and its conclusion, the verdict. These must be published in a thread to be created for that purpose, for all members to see. 3. Affected parties should have the opportunity to argue their case in that thread. 4. In case a review of the verdict seems needed, the staff must try and reach a new verdict. If the staff is unable to reach a conclusion, they must gather a jury of members unaffected by and impartial to the case at hand, who then should try to reach a binding verdict. 5. If possible, the correctional decisions threads should be used as jurisprudence for future correctional evidence. For instance, if a staff member chooses to correct another member's behaviour, they should include a hyperlink to the appropriate jurisprudential thread.
