2015, new year and I am working on the resolution of having a more positive outlook and trying new things. So far, so good. Anyone else have any resolutions, hopes or fears about the new year?

M new Years resolutions are 1. Overcome my panic attacks about leaving the house.
2. Try to leave the wheelchair and attempt to walk more to build strength.
3. To finally make a spell book...keep track of what I do and attempt or learn.
4. Same for simpler magic's such as cartomancy, candle magic, dowsing etc. crystals, and seek out other forms not researched yet.
5. To get onto all my sites such as this one daily at least and try to post more often.
6. Just to DO more! winks

I am keeping mine simple. I don't want to overwhelm myself with a long list of changes.

Yeah. I get that. I am trying to kickstart my resolutions, but it's going slow. Though, last year I did promise myself to quit smoking, which I did. (Coming up on a year now) So I am sure I'll get around to them. I'd also like to exercise more and eat healthier, but who doesn't usually have that as a resolution?

Congrats on the not smoking.
Better to say I will do 10 pushups, walk a mile, dance or yoga (insert activity here)for 30 minutes every morning. That way you make a goal that you can measure so you see your progress.
I am finding 10 healthy meals to add to my diet. That way I can plan a shopping trip and always have something healthy in the house.
BTW, Dr pepper is now Dr who?!

I have minimum of 20 minutes of calisthenics on my day-to-day plan now, and I keep adding more snacks and meals that are healthy to my diet every day. Dr who indeed! Good work!

The real test with that darn soft drink is summer. In the summer it's harder to resist sweet fizzy drinks. I will carry ice water whenever I leave the house so I don't find myself stopping for a soda.

I found that I prefer water these days, it takes a while but I have only had diet soda (mainly because the husband is still addicted to the fizzy drinks) these past months. I miss Sweden in the sense that they would have small sized sparkling mineral water in various flavors in the coolers in the stores. Just as common as sodas, or even more so... really.
Oh, and so far the eating healthy and exercising more is going fabulously for me. I rock new-years resolutions. XD

Flavored sparkling water sounds delicious. Now I need to get serious about exercising.

I do a lot of hiking and walking and am slowly starting to jog some distances. The hiking and walking where there are a lot of hills is building quite a butt on me. XD

Haha! On me? Yeah. Never did have much of one, but now it is slowly morphing into a small but bubbly behind. XD
I need to do some more squats though, because I have dropped enough weight for it to have shifted towards more bony.

Very nice.
I have only had one soda in the last month so I am doing very well at forgeting soda exists.
