This community has several people that keep an eye on things, and get discussions started. Here's an overview:
1. Helm.

Details:
1. Admins.
1a. Technical Admins. This community software is hosted at ProBoards. They have a technical staff, that will at times perform technical changes and maintenance. They probably aren't going to be involved in your discussions.
1b. AllPaths Helms are the functional administrators. This job is performed by one of us. (Currently, me.) They should not be participating in discussions, nor in correctional moderations. The Helms set up the board and keep it running, performing functional maintenance where needed. You can contact them with questions regarding the structure of the forum, its looks, its workings, etc.
2. Moderators.
These community members have been chosen by the members themselves. They accept new members to the community, correct members' behaviour, move and change threads and boards, and more like that. Their rules are outlined in another thread. You can contact them with questions regarding the community. We aim to have an odd number of them.
Your current Moderators are:
- Flaire-FireStar;
- Graphite;
- Memnoch;
- Kaylara;
- Xentor (yours truly).
3. Motivators, a.k.a. Forum Guides.
These members are supposed to be knowledgeable in an area of expertise, and willing to get people talking about that topic. They do not ban members, do not delete posts, nor move threads. They may ask members to adjust their behaviour, but enforcement is executed by the Moderators.
