Are you on holiday now? Are you planning to go somewhere soon? Where would you most like t go on holiday or what would you most like to do with two weeks off work?

No, not on holiday now. Am planning to immigrate to the States within a couple months. Where would I go with two weeks off? To my family. I miss them.

We just did a day trip to Vancouver but we're going again at the end of the month for my fella's birthday. I finally get to meet all his friends! I'm nervous but excited!

Haven't had a holiday since 2006. Only time I have stayed out of my bed overnight is in a hotel to attend funerals.

I wish I could take two weeks off. The world fall apart when I go away on holidays. That said, in less than a week I'll be on my way home for a week.
If I could go on a dream holiday, I'd like to go to Iceland. But I doubt I could afford that for a long time.

I'm not, if I were, realistically I would go to the Gatlinburg TN area, Atlanta GA, or Augusta GA. If I were on a dream vacation I was just talking to the wife about a company who does expeditions as opposed to cruises...they have two coming up, 1 to the Galapagos Islands, 1 to Antarctica. A tour of Australia would be cool.

Actually, I'm taking two weeks pretty soon here. I'm taking a few days to hit the MN Renaissance Fest with some friends, then spending a week with my parents in the woods-and-lakes part of the state. Then I'm driving to Florida with my father to meet my half-sister. I can't say I'm not excited.

Rarely take vacations as I'm not too fond of them. I would love to travel Europe though.

Other than a few exotic locales, I want to visit friends. There are so many awesome people I know from Australia that I would love to meet with and visit. Firewoman and her guy (for those who remember them, mostly from MWAD), Iggy and Graphite, and others I'm sure I'm forgetting. Australia does have its own draws, but those are counterbalanced by the fact that all of the wildlife is 10X larger than it is elsewhere in the world and it is all extremely deadly, shit, even the most "cuddly" of creatures, the koala, will eat your face off. That is also why despite the fact I would love to see the Amazon I would never dare to go.

Not on vacation now. Planning on going to Delaware in the near future. Almost all my time away is spent visiting family. If I could go anywhere I would go to Ireland, India and Japan.

I just got back off my road trip. We hit Minneapolis, Duluth, Knoxville, Nashville, Jacksonville, and Atlanta. I'm pretty sure we went through some big city in Kentucky, too, but when you do a little over 3000 miles in a week and a half, they all blur together. I saw the ocean, the Appalachians, and my older sister, all firsts for me. It was pretty overwhelming.

Unemployment means all the time in the world and no money to fund any fun.
I'd have loved a trip to Florida. Disney World! We were hoping to go in July, but then I ended up pregnant, and life just kept taking surprising turns. Now, I'd be happy with a day or two at Disneyland. Local, maybe spend a night in a nearby hotel, just to get away for a bit and have fun. That will have to wait, too.

I do not really have time for a vacation, and if I did have the time and money I would be on a plane back to good old Sweden to visit with family and friends. BUT, that being said there are a couple of things I would love to do eventually. Scotland and the clan castle being one, Ireland in general being another.
And a tour of the US would be cool, visit a bunch of friends. Although the airport security stories I have heard scare the crap outta me.
