How many of us have tattoos? How many do you have, and of course, what are they? Feel free to share pictures if you'd like.  I currently only have one, a barcode with my birthdate as the numbers, which is on my back.  I'm looking at getting another one, or a few. I've found a few designs that I like, but I'd really like to get an Aquarius tattoo. To date, I've not found anything that I like with the Aquarius symbol...I'm at the point of trying to have something done up with just the word "Aquarius " on it.

I have a couple. Not sure that I have any pictures handy, though. I have one of the symbols for my patron on my left wrist, and a large dragon on my back.

I do want more, though. If I can find the picture, I had henna done on my right shoulder, and I loved it. I want the design, but in darker chakra colors (no neons, TYVM lol), and I want to lay a lion behind the tattoo on my left wrist, or by itself on my right. Or maybe mixed with an owl. I love ink, it's addictive.

My current ink... My Back  partially inspired by the quote from The Prophecy: Did you ever notice how in the Bible, when ever God needed to punish someone, or make an example, or whenever God needed a killing, he sent an angel? Did you ever wonder what a creature like that must be like? A whole existence spent praising your God, but always with one wing dipped in blood. Would you ever really want to see an angel? and that I've been "saved by my guardian angel" twice, thus "bloodying his wings": 1.) at birth, I have preplural lungs and had a 75% chance of infantile death in the first 48 hours. 2. a broken nose which I did not have looked at for about 50 hours. The doctor said if I sneezed hard enough before the surgery I'd be dead. My Right Arm:  Raven is a spirit guide and my canines are unusually long (giving the appearance of fake vampire teeth at times). I've also got the kanji Ryuu on my neck. Already designed is a Tribal dragon's head for the left upper arm. In planning is a pair of full pants. One leg with Japanese dragons, castles, samurai, and landscape; the other with European dragons, castles, knights, and landscapes. |

I have the Marilyn Manson baphomet with "God of Fuck" under it on my left bicep, an imp perched on a skull on my right bicep, a dragon's eye peering out from my right calf, and a "ring" tattooed on my left ring finger (it is my wedding ring) based loosely on the mobius strip...I'll try to find pics later

I have four: 1. Cherry Blossoms on the inside of my right arm 2. Stars on the back of my neck 3. A butterfly on the inside of my left ankle 4. Three purple roses on my upper left arm I have included the butterfly in a separate post.    |

I have 4 dragon tattoos, one on my upper arm, my shoulder blade, then on the outer sides of my legs. I'll have to see if i can find a photo of them.. its been a while.

I have quite a few by now.
A leafy pentagram on my right upper arm.
A ying-yang on my left shoulder.
An abstract floral design which covers most of my left sleeve.
A butterfly on my upper chest.
An ankh and the hieroglyph for Het Hert above and below my navel.
A vine design that stretches from my right shoulder across my back.
A "Tigger" on my ankle.
And a sigil of baphomet in a private place.

I have 2. A crescent Moon with Celtic knots inside it on the inside of my right ankle and a shamrock with a triquetra in each leaf on my left shoulder. I want to add to and freshen up the one on my shoulder. Also I had a butterfly land on and hang out with me for a while this past weekend, I got several good pictures of it, I'm thinking of having it tattooed on me. Attachments:

Planning my first two for after the baby is born. The first will probably be Rafiki's drawing of baby Simba from the Lion King, on my hip or upper thigh. Pretty straightforward, fairly common, but still significant for me. The second one I'm thinking of Mrs. Jumbo cradling baby Dumbo in her trunk, but I have to find the right design and placement.

Oy, I will have to see if I can dig up some pictures. I have a full sleeve on my right arm and then 5 others randomly scattered about my body. Planning to start a half sleeve on my left arm as I only have one on that arm so far and feel a bit uneven. :/

I also had my shamrock touched up, it was starting to blur. This picture was taken immediately after, so it a little smeary with the extra ink. I haven't taken a healed picture of it yet, though it's pretty much the same. Attachments:

My owl/dragonfly was a gift from my brothers girlfriend, who is the artist and tattooer. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to afford it, not that anyway. Something smaller maybe.

Seven:
1) Dolphin on right shoulder blade.
2) Musical notes band around my left ankle.
3) Cradle of Filth's (favorite band) art work off of their "Cruelty and the Beast" album on my left arm.
4) Under the above tattoo, a Tudor Rose (these two are the beginning of a half sleeve that is unfinished for now).
5) On my left side/ribs, a cherry blossom tree, and a quote from the movie "Silver Linings Playbook" that I relate to very much.
6) A pink bow, and two gems intertwined within it with a strand of pearls. The two gems are green color for the August birth stone, representing my 2 kids (both August babies), on my lower neck, extending down to mid back.
7) Newest, from the book series/HBO show "Game of Thrones", the second part of a two part phrase that I got with my brother (him getting the first part of the phrase, me the second one), that reads "Valar Dohaeris" on the inside of my right arm.
Still many more to come...

i have 4 (wanted 3, but my daughter talked me into just one more):
a triskele on my left ankle (ouch!)
a pegasus near my right collar bone (don't love it. it was my first and that was about 21 years ago...sooo...maybe i'll get it fixed up a bit one day)
ivy in the shape of a "c" with a butterfly on it. this is on the left side of my lower back
a waxing moon behind my left ear
