I didn't see any "stuff for sale" type threads, so if this isn't allowed, let me know...but we have recently vacated our Rapid City home for a move to sunny Abilene Texas. So if you are looking for a nice house in Rapid City, about a block away from a good elementary school and less than five minutes from downtown Rapid City, please consider buying my house (so I can quit paying two mortgages).
