The previous version of this software had a rather unpleasant glitch: it would let anonymous guests read anyone's posts whose profile was publicly available. Including supposedly private posts. The current version of the software (the one which we're using), doesn't seem to sport this glitch. However, to avoid future encounters of the same kind: specify who can see our profile. If you set it to "Members Only", anonymous guests will be unable to access your profile, thereby avoiding the issue altogether.

I don't see where you can do that. 1. In the top site menu, choose "My Profile". Wait for the page to load. 2. Click the "Edit Profile" button on the right of your display name. 3. Activate the "Privacy" tab. 4. The top option is named "Who Can View My Profile". Set that to "Members Only". 5. A bit further down there's an option named "Email Visibility". Its choices list has a glitch: it doesn't show your actual choice. Make sure to set your preference. 6. Scroll down the page to the button named "Save Privacy Settings". Hit it. Does that help?

You would believe I was looking for those options last night for about an hour? Ugh, the sickies are no good.
