Is there a way for users to set their preferred post per page setting? For instance MW had a default setting of 10 posts per page but I used 40 because I don't want to keep clicking links to read all the way through a thread.

I haven't seen a per-person setting. We can set the per-page amount for the entire board, and I currently have it set to the highest I could find. I will go and look for a modification that allows the requested functionality. I'll keep you posted.

I noticed it was fairly high for a standard, so if we can't do more that is fine...I just always look for that setting.

I had it set this high for people on mobile. More scrolling means less paging means less bandwidth use means cheaper.

Sorry, I have not found a plug-in that allows for members to set their preference as desired. I will continue searching.

I wouldn't stress, it was more of a question than a concern...the number is fine, I prefer higher, but this isn't ridiculously low (like 10) so I can live with it...and no one else seems to mind. |
