We'll see, as I've got projects due that I haven't had a chance to work on throughout the week. Brought my work computer home today and did a few hours worth. phew! Don't you hate musical brain farts? I hope they pay you for your work at home! Hope you had a better day....and it's Friday!  Page 11 Yay! Graphite....I guess the longest day ever is not as much fun as the longest thread! Hope your weekend is better. |

My weekend so far has been both good and bad. Hoping to make it semi-productive today as well as enjoyable. Sundays are odd days.

I have been doing dishes and stuff today. I have been good, hence the wine I am sipping. And then I did some graphite drawing, hence the graphite smudges on my hand. And now I am writing a little, hence the netbook. And now I am going a little off my rocker, hence the rambling.

THIS is what happened a stone's throw from work today. We're just down from the fire hall, and heard sirens upon sirens. Then looked to the south and saw the smoke. That's when we knew something bad was going down.

I cut my own hair. Since I moved away from Sweden I have not had a satisfactory haircut from a hairdresser, so I do my own hair.  |

I would do my own to save money, but I like the colour I have it now...which is a colour NOT replicated in box colours. It's too dark a brown, but not quite black. So all those "touch up" kits they advertise on TV that say they can match any professional hair colour are liars. If it weren't for that, I'd have no problem doing it myself. I'd done it myself for years. |

I would love to be able to cut my own hair! I do cut my bangs, and just from that I can tell you I don't have the skills to cut all of it! lol
