Eat meat? Very much us, perhaps more than I should but proteins and amino acids are important in my diet.
Do sports? Not so much, other than when hanging out with the youth at church.
Take regular exercise? I always feel like I dont but it's really hard for me to keep muscle tone. Just dont know what to do anymore.
